Supporting Public Programs
From Local Agencies to Statewide Initiatives

Who knew it was this easy

Modern tools and dedicated support that make program design, outreach, and implementation straightforward for the Agency and simple for producers.
Support
Producer support whenever needed
We provide direct support by phone, email, SMS, chat, and video so producers can ask questions, get help with documentation, and submit complete applications on the first try. No producer is left to navigate the process alone.
Integration
A full partner to your Department
We can coordinate with DACF, FSA, and relevant state partners to share information, prevent duplicate payments, align on verification steps, and keep communication flowing smoothly.
Board
Centralized intake for online and paper submissions.
Collect, upload, and track every application in one central system. Online submissions flow directly into the portal and paper forms are digitized by our team. Nothing gets lost and every submission moves cleanly through the process.
Statistics
Accurate reviews and verified losses
We will work with DACF to define eligibility rules and loss methodologies, then review documentation and produce accurate payment recommendations based on those shared guidelines.
Statistics
Built to scale statewide
We staff and scale to meet demand. If you have 200 or 20,000 applications our systems scale while maintaining fast turnaround times and thorough reviews so relief moves quickly and reliably.

Built for complex needs

Modern infrastructure that speeds up implementation, reduces manual work, and helps DACF launch a reliable statewide program on time.

Support in 50+ Languages
Offer live help for every producer in their preferred language through phone, chat, SMS, email, and video so no one gets left behind.
Flexible Forms and Workflows
Build tailored applications for each sector or run a single universal form with dynamic logic that adapts automatically to crop, aquaculture, or forestry needs.
Real-Time Program Insights
Access live dashboards showing geographic impact, producer needs, equity patterns, and application progress to guide strategy and outreach.
Launch Programs in Weeks
Stand up full intake, review, verification, and tracking systems in weeks rather than months so relief moves at the speed of need.
Grounded in Federal Best Practices
Implement proven methods informed by Stage 1 SDRP operations and national disaster programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution.
Our Story
A national partner trusted by governments that need speed, accuracy, and care. We design, launch, and manage large scale benefit programs that reflect the needs of local communities and the realities producers face. Our work centers on clear processes, tailored workflows, and an experience that feels simple for applicants and dependable for agencies.

Across state, federal, and community programs, we have built systems that help families, workers, and businesses access support without confusion or delays. We collaborate closely with public agencies to design custom solutions that are grounded in policy, shaped by community voices, and ready to operate at scale.

By combining modern technology with real human support, we help governments deliver relief quickly, verify information accurately, and maintain strong compliance while keeping the process accessible to every applicant.

Aid delivered across programs

As easy as 1, 2, 3

Every part is designed to help Maine deliver disaster relief that is fair, fast, and easy for producers to navigate.
Step 1: Co-Design the Program
We'll work with DACF to finalize eligibility, loss calculations, and program rules, then translate them into clear guidance for producers. We also develop a statewide outreach plan with tailored messaging to reach every eligible agricultural, aquaculture, and forestry producer, ensuring they know when and how to apply.
Step 2: Build the Application System
We'll design secure, custom forms to cover every producer category. Support paper intake, online submissions, and mobile access. Configure real time validation, quality checks, and automated duplicate detection so submissions are complete and ready for review.
Step 3: Review and Support
We'll manage intake, completeness checks, loss verification, applicant follow-ups, and coordination with FSA to prevent duplicate payments. Producers get direct help through phone, email, SMS, and live chat in over 50 languages so every application is ready for approval.
